With China playing an increasingly influential role in the global economy, the UK based Peking University HSBC Business School (PHBS UK) is now offering a two-year part-time MBA Programme, an extremely valuable channel for UK & EU based organisations and entrepreneurs wishing to connect with growing commercial opportunities in China.
Based at the PHBS UK Campus in Boars Hill, Oxford, PHBS UK’s MBA programme offers tailor-made courses, designed and delivered by academics specifically qualified in teaching MBA programmes with a China focus, enhancing your ability to analyse the latest developments of the Chinese economy and markets within a rigorous framework of generic business theory.
The programme also requires students to attend two field studies (8 credits) in China for extensive exploration of Chinese enterprises and their business practices. Each field study consists of 10-12 days. Students should conduct a research project (6 credits) to write a thesis.
The programme is mainly designed for residents of EU/UK. Applicants must have graduated from recognized universities with a BSc, a BA degree or above, must have a valid GMAT or GRE score, or other proof of competency and, at least, one year’s relevant working experience.
Non-native speakers of English need to provide proof of English proficiency with a score of TOEFL (100 or above), GRE (1300 or above) or IELTS (6.5 or above).
The MBA will be two weekends a month (Friday and Saturday), for two years, in Foxcombe Hall, Boars Hill, Oxfordshire/London.
Tuition Fees for the two years: £46,000, payable in two-halves at the beginning of each academic year. The offer of scholarships to cover tuition fees partially will be considered for applicants based on their merits and work experiences.
